This book brings together a series of papers that reflect upon the importance of ensuring that science communication activities promote social inclusion, and of listening to young people to achieve this goal and bring about organisational change and social innovation.
Through the analysis of examples, it aims at promoting change in the way that we – as individuals, organisations and institutions – contribute to shaping people’s relationship with knowledge, so that everyone, independently of their socio-economic status, can perceive science as one of the tools that can help design a world as similar as possible to the one he or she would like to live in.
